Refund policy

At Whatcha Printing, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase.
We offer a 30-day return window on most items unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned with all accessories, parts, and packaging (if applicable)

Used and open-box items must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition they were originally delivered.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been damaged, modified, or altered after delivery

  • Items missing essential components

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “As-Is” (if clearly stated on the product page)


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item received or item not as described):

Return labels can be purchased from us upon request.


Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse:

  1. The item is inspected within 2–4 business days

  2. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee is NOT charged unless specifically stated on the item page
