At Whatcha Printing, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase.
We offer a 30-day return window on most items unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery

In the same condition as received

Returned with all accessories, parts, and packaging (if applicable)
Used and open-box items must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition they were originally delivered.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been damaged, modified, or altered after delivery

Items missing essential components

Items sold as “Final Sale” or “As-Is” (if clearly stated on the product page)
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item received or item not as described):

Return labels can be purchased from us upon request.
Refunds
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse:

The item is inspected within 2–4 business days

If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
